These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through Korean-Ceramics.com, operated by Magna Gallery SAS (“the Seller”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By placing an order on this website, the customer (“the Buyer”) agrees to these Terms.
1. Products
Korean-Ceramics.com offers for sale original artworks, handmade ceramics, editions, books, and related objects.
Due to the handcrafted and artistic nature of the products, slight variations in color, texture, dimensions, or appearance may occur.
2. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable French VAT (TTC).
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, and any related fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
3. Orders
Orders are considered final only after full payment has been received and accepted.
Magna Gallery SAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of payment issues, suspected fraud, or exceptional circumstances affecting product availability.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers including:

PayPal
Apple Pay
The Seller does not store full payment card information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days after full payment has been received.
Deliveries are handled through carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Colissimo.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or logistical circumstances beyond our control.
6. International Orders
The Buyer is responsible for verifying any import restrictions applicable in the destination country.
The Seller shall not be held responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, additional taxes, or refused deliveries resulting from local regulations.
7. Risk and Insurance
All shipments are insured during transport.
In the event of visible damage upon delivery, the Buyer must notify both the carrier and Magna Gallery SAS as soon as possible and provide supporting photographs.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the unique, artistic, fragile, and collectible nature of the products sold on Korean-Ceramics.com, all sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted except in the case of proven transport damage covered by shipping insurance.
9. Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
10. Retention of Title
The products remain the exclusive property of Magna Gallery SAS until full payment has been received.
11. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, texts, logos, and website content remain protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used without prior written authorization.
12. Limitation of Liability
Magna Gallery SAS shall not be held liable for indirect damages, delays, customs issues, force majeure events, or technical interruptions affecting the website or delivery process.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
In the event of interpretation differences between language versions, the French version shall prevail.
